This hereditary karma, I believe, is registered in our emotional, mental & physical bodies and is imprinted in our DNA and of course our energy field, our energy matrix.
Not all if it is “bad” or “negative” of course, and the ones that have a positive impact in our life are there for us to keep.
However, these energetic negative imprints carried forward from our ancestors do not really belong to us and do not serve our highest and greatest good. On the contrary they work as hindrance to our progress, to moving forward, to our wellbeing, to achieving our dreams and manifest abundance on all levels of existence.
During my spiritual journey, through self- search and observations of my present family and mainly the family I was born to, I realised that many things which were determining the course of my life had not necessarily to do with my personal actions alone but, had an impact and being guided by what I was carrying from my ancestors and family members through the passage of time.
Because of that, I asked Spirit to guide me towards finding a way of detaching, disassociating, cutting off, releasing any negative bonds that deprive me from moving forward in spiritual and worldly terms.
I also want to make clear that the request is for the negative influences to be released, as there are also positive influences from the same ancestral connection which we should still keep.
As a response to my request, Spirit provided a process one can follow on their own or together with family members which was named Ancestral / Family Karma Release Technique. This is what I now call Level 1 of the Technique.
As my spiritual work progressed and deepened, Spirit provided further tools in this process where one can be more specific and go even deeper in healing Ancestral Karma - which I now call Level 2.
